End-to-end encryption — Every journal entry, contact note, and connection detail is encrypted with AES-256 before it's stored. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Your information is unreadable without your credentials.
Zero AI training on your data — CIWI does not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning models. If we ever introduce AI-assisted features, your data stays private and is processed only to serve you directly.
Row-level security (RLS) — Our database architecture enforces strict row-level security policies. Your data is isolated at the infrastructure level — no other user, and no CIWI employee, can access your records.
Complete data portability — You own your data. You can export all of your contacts, notes, and journal entries at any time. You can also request full deletion of your account and all associated data.
No third-party data sharing — We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data when legally required to do so, and we will notify you whenever possible.
